An application to renew the approval of an existing 3.21 mgd non-contact cooling water (NCCW) discharge from the applicant's cement manufacturing facility. NCCW will continue to be discharged to the Lehigh River at River Mile 183.66 - 23.7 (Delaware River - Lehigh River) via Outfalls Nos. 001 and 002, within the drainage area of the section of the main stem Delaware River known as the Lower Delaware, which the Commission has classified as Special Protection Waters, in Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
