2026-Q1-16 D-2015-007 CP-3 Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources
An application to renew the approval of the applicant's existing 0.025 mgd Washington Crossing Historic Park Upper WWTP and its discharge. The WWTP will continue to discharge treated effluent to Delaware River Water Quality Zone 1E at River Mile 146.63, within the drainage area of the section of the non-tidal Delaware River known as the Lower Delaware, which the Commission has classified as Special Protection Waters, in Solebury Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
