An application to renew the approval of the existing 0.0202 mgd Dutchess Farms WWTP and its discharge. The WWTP will continue to discharge treated effluent to land via a constructed wetland and discharge to an Unnamed Tributary (UNT) to Jericho Creek at River Mile 143.2 - 3.7 - 0.85 (Delaware River - Jericho Creek - UNT Jericho Creek) via Outfall No. 001, within the drainage area to the portion of the Delaware River classified as Lower Delaware SPW, in Upper Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
