An application to renew the approval of the existing 0.05 mgd Walnutport Mobile Court WWTP and its discharge. The WWTP will continue to discharge treated effluent to Bertsch Creek at River Mile 183.7 - 30.7 - 0.16 (Delaware River - Lehigh River - Bertsch Creek) via Outfall No. 001, within the drainage area of the section of the non-tidal Delaware River known as the Lower Delaware, which the Commission has classified as Special Protection Waters, in Lehigh Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
