The comment period on the proposed amendments to the DRBC’s Rules of Practice and Procedure is now closed. Thank you to all who submitted comments.

The Commission will take time to review and consider the oral and written comments received, determine whether any changes based on the comments are appropriate, and prepare a response document. There is no set schedule for a vote by the Commissioners to adopt final rules. As always, the Commission may adopt final rules only at a duly-noticed public meeting.
