An application to renew the approval of a groundwater withdrawal of up to 58.28 million gallons per month from existing Wells 1, 2, 3 and 4 for public water supply. The wells are completed in the Buttermilk Falls Formation and Pleistocene Sand and Gravel Aquifer and are located in the Brodhead Creek watershed within the drainage area to the Middle Delaware, which the Commission has designated as Special Protection Waters, in the Borough of East Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
